Mechanical Head

Job Description:
Daily Jobs Planning, Allocation & Execution.
Planning & Execution of Preventive Maintenance for all machineries.
Annual Maintenance & spares Planning & execution .
Shutdown & Breakdown maintenance Jobs Planning & execution .
Indenting and maintaining all required spares with optimum inventory levels for all machineries, to take care of any breakdowns for all responsible areas .
Incoming Material Approval / Certification from various suppliers. Co-ordination with purchase dept for procure the correct materials / spare parts. Working with SAP MM - Materials management system.

Job Description:
Erection & commissioned and having Maintenance experience of 1No 8 spout roto packer double discharge circuit having capacity of 120 TPH supplied by FLS ventomatic pvt ltd..
Erection and commissioning of Flat type cement silo 2Nos having capacity of 2,000MT.
Erected and Commissioned 30M.T bulk loading system .
Erected and Commissioned 250M.T impact crusher
Having maintenance experience in 170TPH linear type Stacker & Reclaimer.
Having maintenance experience in Closed circuit BALL MILL 3.6mtr diameter x 15mtr length, 80TPH for Cement mill.


Quality Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for overall Quality Control Operations,
Raw Mix design, Monitoring Optimization of manufacturing clinker quality.
Production of consistent quality of cement.
Responsible to develop systems in the department to achieve high efficiency, optimum production, quality and cost reduction.
Instrumental and conventional analysis methods
R & D for continual improvement in quality and productivity.
